Why I built this
I built Villanote for my own place. I am a host too, and every guest is different: one wants the boiler explained, the next asks where to park at midnight, most of them in a language that is not mine. Writing it all down once, in their language, changed the stays. Guests now tell me it was the smoothest check-in they ever had, and I get thank-you messages instead of questions at 11 pm. This is that guide, for your place.

Questions hosts ask
Is it really free?
Yes. One property on the Free plan, forever, with its own link, QR code and door card. New accounts also get 14 days of Pro - more properties, your own branding, all 6 languages and full analytics - to try before deciding. Nothing is charged, ever, unless you choose a paid plan.
Do I need a card?
No. You sign up with an email and password. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card, and Free needs no card ever. You only add one if you decide to keep a paid plan.
Can I switch from another guide tool?
Yes. Paste your Airbnb or Booking.com listing, a PDF or screenshots and the AI drafts your sections in minutes - or start from twelve ready-made ones. Your guests get one link and a QR code; there is nothing for them to install or learn.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. The guide is a web page. Guests scan the QR code or tap the link and it opens in their browser, in their language.
Is it safe to put the door code in the guide?
Add a passcode to the guide and print it on the door card or send it with the booking. Without it, the guide asks for the code before it shows anything. Villanote also warns you when a public guide contains a door or key-box code.
What does the AI do with my listing?
It reads the listing text, a PDF or your screenshots and writes a first draft of each section into your guide for you to review. It never copies listing photos and never invents a wifi password, a door code or an address that is not in your material.
Do you track my guests?
No. Villanote counts how often the guide and its sections are opened, by language and device type - counts only, in our own database. No cookies for guests, no third-party trackers, nothing that identifies a person.
What happens after the free days?
You move to the Free plan automatically - one property stays live, forever. Anything beyond Free (extra properties, custom branding, extras past three) simply waits until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and you are never charged without choosing a plan.
